The ORB Sport Smart Mouthguard combines custom dental protection with advanced technology that tracks over 20 different metrics ranging from heart rate to impacts, giving athletes the performance and wellness data they need to reach their full potential.
The product successfully launched in the US in 2024, with plans to launch globally in 2025.

Each mouthguard is custom manufactured from a 3D-scanned dental impression. The scanned impression is first 3D printed, before being used as a mold to thermoform 3 different layers of EVA.
The Rigid-Flex PCB design allows it to contour to any size and shape of dental arch, ensuring a comfortable, secure fit.
